If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not require a reason — simply contact us and we will make it right.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@heartrelic.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue (optional)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost — no need to return the item.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
6. Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
